Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/non-returnable products
Certain product types, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), specialty products (e.g., custom orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items and gift cards.
Changes
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will inform you and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

Return policy
A. General Return Conditions
Vesentia has 7 days from the date the customer receives the product. It accepts returns made within the specified timeframe. For products without quality issues, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the products must be returned to the designated Vesentia warehouse.
However, in the event of product quality issues, refund and reshipment terms take precedence. If the customer decides to return the defective product, Vesentia will still require the product to be returned to the designated warehouse. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
B. Return Process
Once the returned products arrive at our designated warehouse, Vesentia will perform a second quality control check.
If the product shows signs of damage, misuse, or other abnormalities during inspection, it will not be accepted at the warehouse. In such cases, no further action will be taken regarding the return, and the product may be destroyed or returned to the sender at their own expense.
C. Return Instructions
Before initiating a return, customers must obtain return authorization from Vesentia through official customer service channels.
When returning the product, please use a reputable shipping company and obtain a tracking number for the return shipment. Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories with the returned product.
